  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Sourcing candidates through various channels – Linkedin, Social Medias, Job boards, etc..
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions with the hiring manager that reflect each position’s requirements.
    • Determine selection criteria. 
    • Lead the approval process for all countries.
    • Analyze, respond, and resolve recruitment and onboarding issues.
    • Ability to perform data entry in multiple systems (Applicant Tracking System, Excel, etc.)
    • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality always both internally and externally with our candidates.
    • Initiate appropriate pre-employment screenings with accuracy.
    • Provide superior customer service to hiring managers, employees, and candidates
    • Involve in recruitment for non-engineering, technical positions as well as administrative positions
    • Building, producing and maintaining recruiting and compliance reporting
    • Work together with the Head of Human Resource & Talent Acquisition on all Talent Acquisition projects. 
    • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department heads.

  • HR Operations:
    • To ensure HR data and records are maintained correctly and accurately at all times.
    • Ensuring all HR practices are in compliance with Labour law, statutory and other external requirements.
    • To handle orientation and induction program.
    • Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture.
    • Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues.
    • Together with the Local Country Operations, ensure the onboarding of new hires; employee orientation are effectively conducted by the hiring manager.
    • Together with the Local Country Operations, ensure the exit clearance of leavers; employee last salary, exit clearance process, and certifications.
    • Review HR analytics/ surveys and plan and implement various HR frameworks along with the Core Leadership team.

  • People Engagement & Communication:
    • Proactively lead culture initiatives to foster an effective employee culture
    • Coordinate and execute with the Regional Operations Team on programs and policies to improve employee satisfaction and workplace experience.
    • Be the first point of contact for employees’ enquiries and provide employees with information and guidance on HR programs, policies and services.
    • Escalates queries of a more complex nature to Regional Operations Head.
    • Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company’s requirements
    • Work closely with the Regional Operations Head  in administering onsite complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues
    • HR Representative for cross-functional site events: facility integration, CSR (corp. social responsibility).
    • Implement systematic internal communication programs to encourage open and transparent communication.
    • Regularly conduct employee grievance and satisfaction forums. Improve employee engagement through initiatives like Town Halls, executive messages
    • Promote and monitor the implementation of HR policies and practices that will enable the business to attract and retain talent at all levels and comply with relevant
    • Drive new policies, processes and procedures quickly and efficiently and provide the necessary transition and integration support
  • Proven work experience as HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Philippines Labor Laws and Regulations, statutory rules, awareness and understanding of local laws, compliance requirements, business operations, and talent landscape.
  • Self – starter, passionate about attracting and developing top talent within the organization.
  • Have at least 2-4 years relevant experience in a similar role. Exposure working in an international setting is an added plus.
  • Effectively able to communicate at all levels of the organization, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, coordination and organizational skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written), able to communicate at all levels of the company
  • High level of independence and self-organization.
